Vale Winery is located at the University of Idaho Food and Wine Technology Center, 1904 E. Chicago Street, Suites F & G in Caldwell, Idaho. Our location allows us to have a state of the art wine making facility and offers us many opportunities to collaborate with scientists and educators from the University of Idaho, other local colleges, and fellow winemakers also located on the wine campus.
Our winery is available for group tours and events, and our lobby is a great place to bring a small group to learn about winemaking, the Snake River Valley AVA, and to taste our Vale wine.
